Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled in specific conditions. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the license is activated, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for not activated products.

If you do not receive the product’s license key within the guaranteed time (immediately after payment or in 5 minutes by email) you can request a refund. If you received the wrong license you can request a refund or an issue a new license.

You can submit refund requests within 12 hours after the guaranteed period for delivery (5 minutes) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Remember – when you or we cancel your order for any reason, your license key will be revoked immediately and software WILL NOT work anymore. ( This is the same for fraudulent orders – like payment with stolen credit card etc.)
